HISTORY
OLATUNJI MAKINDE & COMPANY was formerly known as MAKINSON DESIGN COMPANY and registered and operate as an enterprise in 1992 and was incorporated on 5th Day of May 2011 as a Private Limited Company by Cooperate Affairs Commission, to carry out the business of Construction Contracts, (civil, mechanical, electrical and building and road contracts) borehole drilling, sale and supply of building materials, rental services among others.
The company is being run by the managing Director and the Executive Directors respectively with a support of seasoned, dynamic and highly skilled staff which comprises Architects, Engineers, Town Planners, Surveyors, Supervisors, Technicians and Foremen in different fields that always execute our projects professionally and of high standard.
ANNUAL REPORT
Our accounting year runs from January to December every year in conformity with the Government fiscal year. In conformity with CAMD 1990, A Financial report for each year is kept by a firm of reputable chartered Accountants
